Meadow Bloom is perfect if you are familiar with basic crewel work and want to further develop your skills and try a few different stitches.
Meadow Bloom was largely inspired by a beautiful piece of fabric given to me by a friend. The colour scheme, twirling stems and fantastical flowers, were perfect for creating a piece of crewel embroidery. The rich blooms and fancy leaves are created using 24 different embroidery stitches and stitch combinations.
The detailed instructions and diagrams will help guide you step by step through the project.
The size of the Meadow Bloom panel makes it perfect for a decorative pillow or work bag, but it looks equally pretty framed.
I hope you will get as much pleasure embroidering your Meadow Bloom as I did.
Happy Stitching, Anna
