Tulipa pin cushion & scissor sheath are perfect little projects if you are familiar with common embroidery stitches and are looking for a small project with slightly more challenging stitches.
The design on these needlework accessories was inspired by an antique Hungarian platter to match my Tulipa Bird. They are stitched in brightly coloured yarns for a more contemporary look. The embroidery is worked using basic and moderate stitches to create interest texture within the design.
The Tulipa pin cushion & scissor sheath are stitched onto ivory linen with the embroidery design printed, ready for you to stitch. Both the pin cushion and scissor sheath is backed with complementing print cotton.
